Cutting speed is boosted by 25% up to 320 mm²/min—reaching top Japanese machine standards—while the energy-recovery function reduces power consumption by up to 33%.
👍 2. Built with the newly developed W600I controller.
Using EtherCAT for motion control, real-time axis response is enhanced by 4×, and computing performance increases by 6× compared to the previous generation.
👍 3. Smart manufacturing remote-monitoring system.
Fully compliant with OPCUA and UMATI communication protocols, enabling quick integration with factory monitoring software. Users can easily check machine status via a web interface.
👍 4. Features an automated scrap-collection system (Patent I839191).
Capable of capturing and gathering waste material without flush-cutting, eliminating manual tapping and significantly improving automation efficiency while reducing labor requirements.
👍 5. XY-axis linear motors with 0.01 µm absolute optical scales.
Ensuring zero mechanical wear, zero backlash, and enhanced positioning accuracy. The machine structure is optimized through Nastran analysis, with a fully symmetric design that minimizes thermal deformation and mechanical stress, reinforcing precision and compensation capability.
